CV100 is a Universal Combustion Catalyst. It is comprised of organic chemical compounds, which readily blend with ANY petroleum fuel and can be used in ANY engine system.

When added to your fuel it disperses evenly throughout the fuel. CV100 will assist in cleaning the fuel lines by gradually dissolving any pre-existing sludge and residue. In the combustion chamber, microscopic crystals in the CV100 act as flame initiators within the fuel at time of ignition. This action results in a faster flame travel front that promotes more thorough and complete combustion as well as restores and maintains an engine's optimum performance. In older engines, CV100 will first scavenge any existing deposits of carbon from all internal parts. This process restores injectors, valves, piston crowns and eliminates problems caused by improper combustion, which is a common cause for poor working engines. Depending on the prior condition of your engine, this scavenging process or conditioning period may continue over a distance of 100 - 1000 miles (160 -1600 km). It is recommended that you change fuel filters as specified in your owner's manual. Afterwards you will be rewarded by experiencing the full benefits of CV100.

The majority of additives try to achieve improved engine performance by lubricating combustion parts, by solvent cleaning or by increasing compression ratio. In order to achieve this, chemicals are added that change the legal specifications and create build-up of additional compounds within the engine. CV100's chemical compounds act as flame initiators within the fuel at time of ignition. This action results in a faster flame travel front in the combustion chamber and reduction in time to burn the fuel. A greater proportion of the fuel is then consumed under ideal temperature / pressure conditions when the piston is at top dead center. CV100 improves that which an engine was designed to do, convert more of the fuel energy to motive energy.

One gallon treats in excess of 1600 gallons of ANY fuel.

CV100 facilitates the maintenance of boilers in three stages of operation. As a pre-burner conditioner, the surfactants in the product maintain clean filters and protect the life of fuel pumps by keeping fuel tanks and lines free of sludge. CV100 also keeps injectors and nozzles clean thus preventing them from seizing up and fouling. In addition, CV100 will limit corrosion damage by minimizing the production of vanadium pentoxide. After the fuel is treated, CV100 enables burner adjustments to be made and allows the boiler to operate with lower excess air, thereby reducing heat losses and increasing the heat recovery effectiveness of the boiler. Tube blowing frequency is reduced. With the reduction of carbon buildup on the tubes and other areas, annual maintenance scheduling can be extended six months or longer beyond the normal maintenance inspection period.

"Detroit engine 16V 92, Detroit 12V 92 & Cummins VTA 28-G5 12 Cylinder. These engines are used on the cranes which are the heart of PLIPDECO's operations. The problems experienced with these engines were starting, pollutants, injector fouling, rough idling. Within two - three (2-3) weeks there was an improvement in the performance of all three pieces of equipment. All equipment started easier with smoother idling. The emission of contaminant black smoke has been reduced to a minimum and problems due to clogged injectors have disappeared showing the engines in general are performing better."
